Survey Reveals 98 Percent Of Customers Would Buy Wilsonart Again

When Wilsonart International was founded in 1956, our founder's intent was never to build a major competitor but rather to establish a company dedicated to local work force and high-quality products, coupled with an old-fashioned commitment to customer service.

Wilsonart’s ongoing concern for meeting -- even exceeding -- consumer expectations recently led them to conduct a survey to determine the level of customer satisfaction with Wilsonart Flooring products. Results indicate that an overwhelming number -- 98 percent -- of consumers were so pleased with the product that they would buy Wilsonart again. And the majority of respondents -- 96.4 percent -- said they would recommend it to friends or family. In fact, nearly one third of respondents came to buy Wilsonart Flooring through the advice of a satisfied friend or relative.

"At Wilsonart, not only do we pride ourselves on being a leading manufacturer of decorative surfacing products, but also on our ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction," said Bill Reeb president of Wilsonart International. "The results of this survey indicate that through the years our dedication to the customer has certainly paid off."

Survey results were based on 295 telephone interviews with consumers who were selected at random from the Wilsonart Flooring Warranty Card database. The survey was conducted by the MAI Response Management Group.
